Planning a move out there, and wondering where to look for a place to start.

Loveland is a great town! Not much in the way of crime. Lowest rate in the state.

Crime and Loveland don't usually go in the same sentence together.

While that is over 10 years old and Loveland has fallen several slots down a similar list run with newer statistics I agree that Loveland and 'crime' aren't often used in the same sentence.

I just retired from the Larimer County Sheriffs office after 26 years and am now a realtor. I can tell you that the crime rate in Larimer County is very low for the most part. Loveland is more of a retirement community. You and your family will feel safe here.

As a teenage girl living in loveland, CO. my whole life, I can tell you that Loveland is a very safe town. I have never felt threatened or in danger in any way...Ever! There's not a very big crime rate around here, really the only crime is us kids walking on the train tracks or spray-painting graffitty!

I agree. I moved here from Memphis, Tn. and it's like a different planet. Loveland is very safe and a great place to live or retire.

There is hardly a presence of crime in Loveland, or Fort Collins for that matter. Very safe place, family oriented (Loveland), friendly, welcoming, quiet.
