Honestly now, I need some thoughts..... Is there a huge disconnect for singles in the Fort Collins area? Unless you're under 25 and involved in the college scene, the general atmosphere seems to be pretty sterile! i know a lot of us are transplants with few networking abilities, but I rarely even hear about new relationships beginning. Enough whining...... I'd love your input if you dare.

There's probably some truth to this -- with a town so focused on a university, sometimes there's a bit of a drop-off gap after that age (somewhere in the mid-20s), at least for the single population. I think you'll find a similar thing going on in a lot of campus oriented towns.

You may be happier in Denver, where there's more going on, especially for the post-college age group.

Yes. Most if not all true "college towns" (i.e. not Boston which is called America's largest college town, but it is actually a city with lots of colleges, not the same thing) are not good places for older singles who want to find somebody.
