For those of you who live in Parkland, what is the easiest way to get to the beach, and what beach is that, Boca or Deerfield? Do you think the beach is more accessible from Parkland or from Weston? Thanks!

We like Ft.Lauderdale Beach .. so we back track the Saw Grass South to I-595 east and from there go to the beach ... if you like Ft.Lauderdale Beach .. Weston is a little more convenient .. if you like Deerfield then it is Parkland . We also take the turnpike extension at the Saw Grass in Deerfield Beach and head north an hour to Palm Beach Gardens Blvd and head east to Juno Beach and the Jupiter / Tequesta areas which although 60 minutes away are beautiful and have a Southern California beach town like appeal .. if you can go to Blowing Rocks Park Beach in the Winter its lovely seeing those little "cliffs " like in the Caribbean or So Cal ...

Thanks, looks like we'll end up going to Deerfield beach, by the pier. After living in Aventura, everything out west will seem far from the beach.
My favorite is also Juno Beach, if I could I would live in Palm Beach Gardens. The beach is so peaceful, clean and quiet up there. It reminds me a little of Southern CA, but with warm waters, perfect for swimming.

Yep, Deerfield Beach would be the easiest and most convenient one for you to go to. Just take Hillsborough east and go until it ends. I was just there yesterday with my family to do some body boarding. The wave was nice, but scared my 5 year old son after he took some tumble. It's a great beach and parking is convenient.
