Are there any nice neighborhoods in the Davie/Plantation area (or nearby) without HOA's that allow owners to park their RV's in their yards?

Oak Hill in Davie (33325) comes to mind first. It might be best for you to get in touch with a Realtor as there are definitely other areas that are off Griffin in Davie and in Southwest Ranches. Most of these properties are on over an acre and subject to different zoning restrictions. Plantation has traditionally been known for tough codes and I dont know what the rule on RVs is, but I honestly cant recall seeing many of them around here, even on the very large lots.

There are many areas of Davie and Plantation that do not have HOAs and most are in nice areas.

I have to echo fauve about Plantation though. I would check with the city. The area that I live in does not have an HOA, and it has large lots but I don't see any RVs parked in people's yards. I am not sure if they just aren't that popular in this area or if they are restricted.
