Palm Beach & Broward County Totals...There are more but some other cities have very low numbers. SunSentinel has whats called a South Florida Homicide Database. And I added one or two to cities because website was not yet updated. Im shocked about Fort Lauderdale they been calm but I do believe they will add on just a few numbers before end of year. West Palm Bch, Riviera Bch, Pompano Bch will add on between 2-5 numbers a piece before New Years.

Broward County Total (Including All Cities): 38 Improved

Palm Beach County Total (Including All Cities): 65

Orange County Total (Including All Cities): 54
If you Google Orlando Area Murder Map it will pop up under the "Orlando Sentinel."

Broward County has never been high on murders. There's a lot of mid-level crime here, but not that many murders compared to most metro areas.

Riviera Beach is the most dangerous part of South FL north of the Dade County line. Parts of West Palm Beach that edge Riviera Beach are very dangerous too.

Pompano is high and it's in Broward.

Hialeah Rules- I said "Broward County", not Pompano. Yes Pompano is in Broward County and the rate is high, but it is only one small city inside of Broward County. It is not representative of the rest of the county. And most of the crime in Pompano is confined to a small section west of Dixie highway around I-95 and the Turnpike. East Pompano is very safe and has very little crime.
