was told we were in good shape just had to go to face to face meeting. just got fedex my bank check certified was returned to me you are denied????cash buyer no criminal backgound what so ever they didnt even cash our certified bank check????i sent 6,000 cash to title company. trying to get that back as i wired it to them right away. we are a sorry mess with everything packed haha need a realtor and a new condo angel on here looks like he is in real estate

yes certified check to condo assoc. was sent to them it was returned to me unsigned with denial letter???
they didnt use the check for credit or police check they just sent it back and denied me, they never even met me!!!

Sounds extremely strange... What condo complex and management company is this? Did you or your realtor call the condo association to follow up on it. If it was me, I would have personally gone to their office to find out what was going on!
