Hollywood Florida has changed over the last few years. Downtown Hollywood is becoming one of the best places for people to come out and mingle. With over 50 restaurants and cafes and to the nightclubs that offer a variety of live music such as jazz ,R &B, and Latin.

Take a walk on a sunny day in historic downtown Hollywood and you find yourself visiting 6 blocks of different types of boutiques, shops, art galleries and many excellent restaurants along the brick-lined sidewalks along Hollywood Boulevard.
South Florida's best kept secret for shopping and entertaiment is right here on the pedestrian friendly streets of downtown Hollywood

Minutes away you will find the Hollywood Beach pedestrian boardwalk. The Boardwalk has undergone a complete renovation. there...you will find more than two miles of open road enjoyment. You might even see a few walkers, runners, bicyclists and rollerbladers.

Enjoy the low key sandy white beaches of Hollywood Florida. If you come out early in the day you can catch the beautiful views of the calm oceans and all of the cruise ships that dock over the horizon.

If you were to cross over to the west side of A1A you will find a different perspective of a premium location. By having the beach on the east side as well as the the awesome west side with views of the intercoastal waters.

Come visit the city of Hollywood today.

I have never seen "white, sandy" beaches in South Florida. Also, admitting that you are a realtor is just asking for enemies.

I believe they should take a look at the rules.

I doubt many people are in the mood anyway for a realtor who calls himself by a cutesy nickname. After aiding the run up of the last 6 years, realtors need to keep a low profile, cut commission rates, and be humble.

You have never seen Hollywood Beach if you've never seen white sandy beaches. Hollywood Beach really is beautiful, especially early in the morning. Real estate or not, the truth is the truth. Nicest beach in the area, and downtown Hollywood is just as nice as the poster says.

Haulover is without a doubt the best beach in the Miami area, and certainly has the whitest sand. It's almost like a Gulf coast beach.

HA HA! South Florida does not have white beaches, (although they are beautiful) as someone else stated above. That'd be the west coast, and to a lesser extent, the extreme NE portions of the state
