Hey yall, my friend is looking to come back and live down here again. She mentioned that these apartments are like $695 for a 1bdroom..the pictures are a little sketchy. I know it's old but old doesn't mean bad. I am just concerned about the type of people that come through. Maybe I am expecting too much of this place..its on Dixie Hwy.. geez

It looks like the complex is located on the edge of Wilton Manors. From what I know, that area is heavily gay. Wilton Manors is the largest gay community in the U.S. per capita. The area is probably safer than most of the areas along Dixie Highway. As you go further north on Dixie Highway the area becomes heavily black.
