Well It Is True That People In Florida Are Moving To Georgia, Carolinas, And Tennessee, Etc. Lauderdale Has High Crime Areas Jus Like Everywhere In Florida And Beautiful Neighborhoods Also. So Good Luck With Finding The Right Place To Reside. If You Are Used To Crimeful Areas There Is No Reason For You To Struggle With Moving In That Decision. If You Know Of Macon, Savannah, Or Colombus Ga Lauderdale Is ALIKE The Same But WAY More URBAN AND STYLE.

Musclehead,
Yes, Austin is great if you don't mind your allergies totally out of control. Ever heard of "cedar fever?" And they have quite high property taxes.

Musclehead, et al
P.S. Dan Marino moved to Port St. Lucie about 6 yrs. ago. There was a big article in the newspaper about it (when I lived there). Unless he's moved back... I was in Weston 2 weeks ago and went to the Publix--LOTS of Hispanics in the store.
Also, I never said Atlanta was better than So. FL--just meant that I didn't want to live down there anymore and deal with that particular set of problems. No need for anyone to get defensive.

South Florida definitely has much bigger problems than "lots of Hispanics in the store"...my god if there is any group "taking over" Broward it is the Jamaicans and West Indians. I wonder why I never see them mentioned? Not that I mind that "set" either, but whites are a solid plurality in Broward and Blacks are in second place, Hispanics are actually a fairly distant third place. Most of these "Evil rude" Hispanics are also just moving in from Dade County because they are sick of living there. I don't get all of the Hispanic bashing, because it's not even like they are the actual majority outside of Dade...

My god, they are just people anyway. Were all people. We all eat, make mistakes, use the bathroom, speak different languages, treat some people nicely others not that nicely, how does "race" (and at that, it's PERCEIVED RACE since Hispanics aren't a race!) separate us? I have really had it with this crap, if anyone wants to read my posts just search for my name.

You are wrong Marino still lives in Weston , I have seen him twice at my nephews soccer games where one of his daughters plays and I saw in at Flannigans in Weston with Bernie Kosar about a month ago . His home is on the market in Weston but he still lives there and he is selling his home in Parkland as well .... I heard he will be moving to Jupiter Island .

So what if there are a lot of Hispanics in the stores , there are lots of Americans as well ... and the Hispanics in Weston are upscale and educated ... deal with it .
