Default Deerfield Beach
Will be moving to our private home in Deerfield Beach the end of October. Only thing not happy about are the taxes. Over $3,000. Anyone understand how the Homestead Act works? The way I see it, only about $600 will be deducted once we are living there for a year.
Also - looking to put down laminated "wood" - any suggestions on good brand names? Shrimp
