Made the updates, I'm pretty pleased with the map overall. So I hereby declare the Neighborhood-O-Meter of Broward County as the Final Edition.

It will still be reviewed and updates will be made to for its proper upkeep from time to time though.

Have there been any major changes to the neighborhoods in Broward County along with Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County?

What areas have seen significant improvement over the past couple of years?

My gated community, which is well maintained, and has private security (G4S), is listed in an orange zone. It is not at all dangerous, shoddy, or poorly maintained.

I’d take this map with a grain of salt, as it seems to be more arbitrary than anything.

Great tips, thank you.
The only minor details Cooper City I mostly changed only besides a worse-looking, with increased poverty rate. And I believe both Melrose Park and Broward Estates should be yellow, due to both neighborhoods having very similar avg. home prices, avg. income, percentage of people with very low incomes (poverty rate) which can b decreased by providing tem with sutable obs offers basically in California the fishing spots are their people can fishing with fishing tools and boating tmc macerator pump
which is used in boating etc. The Plantation light blue is just to mean that's mostly (in this case) non-residential, it doesn't stand for much, only that's near (above or below) average and it will depend on the surrounding areas - which I'll put on the description as I did in the Miami-Dade. Sunrise Lakes will have to technically remain in yellow due to a very high number of persons living in poverty/near poverty and below avg. aspect; even being a peaceful area with loads of retired people.

Old thread but the map key should note: The greener the area, the more $green$ your going to need to live there!

Default Lauderdale Manors

I thought Lauderdale Manor's has little to no crime? I see that it's highlighted red. That can't be true? haha

Yeah, I feel like this hasn't been updated in years. The place I live is red and it's a pretty safe and family-oriented area. The biggest crime we had here in recent years was car break-ins, but that's literally in every single neighborhood in the United States.

Yeah, agreed. North Andrew’s Gardens in Oakland Park also has to be updated.
