Did anyone ever reply to you on this? What was the verdict? I just found them and was thinking of using them to rent a house in Hollywood, Fl.

They are not the listing agents, they just put up on craigslist other companies listings and get a small commission for bringing the people in. You are better to drive by the house and find the real listing agent from their name on the sign or look online for the house listed with the agent.

I've been looking for rent from a couple months ago and they have called me already a couple times to schedule showings and everything. My answer has been "to show me what!" lol I haven't even asked for something. They don't seem to be scam; they have a website sale1rent1.com I think it is. As long as they don't charge anyhting extra to me, I'm not worried about using them or not.

I did not have a good experience with them. They are not scam, but you have to be very careful if you do business with them. Make sure you get what they said you would, before you sign anything.

Rent 1 Sale 1 Fort Lauderdale has an extremely nasty person who answers the phone named Melissa or Alissa?. She is aggressive and has no care as to how she treats others. If you don't answer her questions her way or simply even ask to speak to someone else b/c of her ill treatment and bad manners, she will hang up on you. In addition, it's very difficult to get in touch with the managers by the last name of Gunning in order to get any real help or let them know that one of their employees is abusive to potential clients.
