The Heron Bay Community straddles Coral Springs and Parkland. We live just south of there in Wyndham Lakes. It's a nice section of town - close to the highway and less pricey than Heron Bay. It consists of differnt levels of housing from nice rentals, townhomes, and single family homes. It's a planned community.

Caveat emptor in Heron Bay - many of the homes have the Chinese drywall and the residents are struggling to address this, as the developer (WCI) is bankrupt.
