I can't say I agree with miami, the city, being more Latin culture based of what I've read and seen. Like I mentioned, there a part of coconut grove that is at least majority black. And isn't coconut grove in general Latin and white? Idk if it's mixed or of a certain part if white and another Latin. I read wynwood is the historic Puerto Rican neighborhood but now it's mixed. Allapattah is mixed too I read, and I believe a lot of blacks. Over town, liberty city and little Haiti are mostly black. I'm sure he'll be fine in Miami. I know a lot of black people who live in Miami and love it.

Plus, aren't north miami and north miami beach nice, middle and / or upper middle class black suburbs?
What you wrote is not an accurate description of Miami. Besides, just because the OP is black doesn't necessarily mean that he wants to live in a neighborhood that is all-black or even mostly black---regardless of the class business. It is also not true that Fort Lauderdale is a ghetto except for the beach and Cypress Creek areas. Based on what you've written I doubt that you've actually lived in Fort Lauderdale.

You might want to look into other suburbs or maybe even miami. Ignore deboinair, miami has the highest population by far, is the fastest growing and is where everything is, obviously for a reason. If it was bad then this wouldn't be the case. Think Nyc, la, Chicago, Boston, etc. some people don't like them but most do, and the numbers and facts prove it. I'm not too familiar with miami but I read there's an area of coconut grove that is majority black and coconut grove as you might know is a very, very nice and affluent area.
The only "nice and affluent" area of the Grove is the white part. The black part of the Grove is ghetto, but not in a drive-by shooting type of way. It's more like: run-down apartment buildings, sketchy-looking people riding around in bicycles at night, and groups of men hanging out in front of corner stores.

This guy is a troll. Just look at his posts. He doesn't live in FL from what I have seen.
