Any info you have on both the Pompano Beach area & Hallandale Beach area would be much appreciated.

Both cities on their east side are very touristic and on the winter time they receive a high affluence of seasonal renters.

I have a condo in Hallandale beach area and absolutely love it. It is an extremely convenient location and I feel safe. You are close t Aventura, Gulfstream, lots of restos, Fort Lauderdale beach is only about 25 min North and Miami Beach and SOBE are only about 35 Mins South.

Both areas are great vacation areas and are filled with hundreds of tall highrise condo buildings right on the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Both areas are laid back compared to nearby Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach. Pompano has slightly less traffic than Hallandale and more English speakers. Hallandale has more foreigners. Aside from that, both areas are fairly similar and are minutes away from shopping.
