Any recommendations on communities, gated or not, please specify, in Parkland? I know it is a very nice family oriented city...any information is greatly appreciated.

Heron Bay is a beautiful gated community in Parkland and the largest in the city ..... prices on homes have dropped at least 10-15 % in the last two years . The last I checked there were many homes on the market , you should check it out .

Heron Bay is nice, as is Parkland Golf and Country Club. Those are gated.

If you want larger lots, try Pine Tree Estates or Cypress Head.
