This is a *very* cynical viewpoint. AJ, I'd suggest you not make decisions based on someone's firm speculations. I can just as easily state that it will never be ruled unconstitutional because it is unconstitutional to overthrow an election, and that the challenge to the amendment did not go anywhere in court before the election, so why would it go anywhere now when the election causes it to be more of a hopeless undertaking?

Roger, I've seen your posts on here and taken note that you do tend to see the glass half empty. That's fine, and I don't want to start a debate. I am just trying to soften your declarative stance, in order to give a more balanced perspective.
