Deerfield Beach & Nearby (Coral Springs, Boca Raton: relocating, real estate, houses)

Hi,
We are relocating to near Deerfield beach. What are the safe neighbourhoods there ? We are looking at Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Pompano, Boca.

Will be relocating to Deerfield Beach. Have had a home down there sinced the
90's. The community is for 55 and above. Are you interested in buying a home or renting? The community is The Meadows of Crystal Lake. My neighbors like the area very much. Haven't lived there full time. Will know better soon.

It's very nice there. Deerfield Beach has alot of nice communities. Coral Springs is also nice. Good luck in your home search!

I live in Delray (just north of Boca) and know the area pretty well. Deerfield is a nice area so are Boca and Coral Springs. I guess your choice will depend upon the location of your work and your budget. If I have a choice, i will pick between Coral Springs or Boca.

Delray has just been revamped and is beautiful; you can get a small condo there for 500k, not on the ocean.

If you want safe-nix on Deerfield and Pompano-Pompano west of Dixie highway has crack houses and shanty towns.

Boca Raton you can get a nice small home with zero lot line for 500k.

Hi, I am new here, and would like to know if anyone could give more SPECIFIC advice about Deerfield Beach.

I have been looking for an area that is as beautiful, more affordable, but smaller than Boca Raton, and I found interest in Deerfield Beach.

I have been looking at Deerfield Beach real estate online, and the homes are gorgeous, but I would like to know more about good and bad neighborhoods. Also more about how the area looks, the downtown area, etc...

I hope this is specific enough. If anyone can help me A.S.A.P., it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I live in a 55 plus community that has a very low crime rate...how old are you...there are many for sale..a younger crowd is taking over..the elders are moving back home..
