Default Fort Lauderdale Beach how far is it from Orlando MCO?

How long of a drive is it from MCO to Fort Lauderdale Beach area? Wondering if anyone has ever done this and did they go i-95 or turnpike for better time? thanks a million

Take I-95 to the Beachline/528. That takes a good three hours, although I do it in two . Wow I have made a lot of posts today...

Slight correction - it is "Beeline" not "Beachline" - for the most accurate info please check with Google maps for most accurate distances.

Not anymore. They changed it a couple years back. It doesn't seem like a huge deal until you can't find the signs for the beeline, LOL!
