Does, anyone have any personal knowledge about the township in coconut creek? I've been looking at it the Internet and it looks very nice, but personal opinions are the best. Anyone live there or know someone who, lives there, and if it's a nice place to,live, or not.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

I've known & visited several clients who have lived there. They loved their townhouses & I agree, the community is lushly manicured and very nice. My clients have since moved on--retired/accepted job offers out-of-state, upsized due to growing families, etc.

It's a lovely section of Coconut Creek.

I too would love to know more personal experiences with actually living there. It is one of the places that is on my radar to move to when I make my move to FL. I have been there and loved it, but that was just a day visit.

The Township is almost as close as you can possibly live to the largest landfill in Broward County, which lies directly northeast across the Florida Turnpike.

Any moderate winds out of the northeast will not be kind to the nose.
