Where does east pines technically start? If I hear one more person tell me I need to move west of I 75 I am going to scream. Sorry, but I do not have $375,000 hanging around in my pocket. Can I have a realistic understanding of Pembrooke Pines?

Did you check around Palm Avenue? I wouldn't look at anything much more east than that.

I've always thought of anything east of Flamingo as east Pines but I could be wrong.

East Pines officially starts west off University Drive starting at Sheridan Blvd south to Pines Blvd. The Pasadena Lakes and Old Sunswept areas. Some nice houses on lakes there.
