We are looking to move to Parkland, FL and just toured Parkland Bay to potentially build. But it is so brand new there isn’t a lot of information about it out there. Anyone have any watchouts or concerns of it being so far West? Also it’s saying it’s schools would be Parkland but some of Watercrest is zoned for West Boca? Has there been any talk or concern about this?

We are really torn and curious how bad the traffic will be since it is so far West. Husband will be commuting to Ft. Lauderdale. Thanks appreciate any wisdom/ thoughts?
