Wow has this moved off topic. Sorry I said the word "Capitalist". Hehe! And, Wild Style, you need to relax a bit. I'm glad you have your degree in economics, but please don't imply that it gives you clairvoyance about the future beyond my own. You might as well have said "I'm smarter, so believe what I tell you." I listen to economists all day long and one thing I've noted: They rarely agree with each other.
I stated my opinion about the housing, you stated yours. I wouldn't care if you held a Doctorate in Economics and taught at Harvard, you would not sway my opinion. So let's leave it at that.
