Default Dania Beach
Can anyone give advice about possible affordable housing in Dania Beach? Also, would appreciate any information about the area as far as safety, culture, etc.

Default Dania Beach
NE waterfront homes and high priced
SE high priced home
NW black area west of the tracks (Meleluca Gardens is in a waterfront community in a fight with the airport over expansion)
SW black area west of the tracks
SW east of the tracks and west of US-1 is older homes with a few new ones mixed in that were old homes demolished and built new ones.

All of Dania is high priced due to the beach being so close.
