Anyone have any info on this place? Good or bad? Safe and clean?

It's a great place to live. Lovely townhouses (2 levels). Lots of space. 2 BR apartments (like the one I live in) are ideal for couples or small families. Pricing is between $1000-$1300 for 1BR to 3BR townhouses. Management is great. Know almost everyone by name. No pest control problems. Ducks everywhere though :-). Any questions let me know. I've been living here for a year now and just resigned my lease for another year.
