Gay single male here, Latino. Currently live in Miami Beach. Love the latin international vibe here, as well as solid gay population. However, I am looking to buy a condo and it seems like Hollywood has better deals.

Any insights on Hollywood is? Is the Latino population there increasing? Good place to invest?

My husband and I recently moved to Hollywood and we love it here. Hollywood has a lgbtq council that works with the city, and we are having our first pride festival this upcoming weekend.

In terms of the Latino community, Hollywood according to the census is 39% Latino, up from 33% in 2010 so it is a good size and growing. We also purchased our house and I feel it was a good investment. If you have any more questions go ahead and PM me.

That great. I can imagine as well, with Miami getting so expensive, many Latinos are probably moving to Hollywood to get better COL. One of the reasons I moved to Miami was to be around a Latino and international community. I want to be in a community that is predominantly Latino or at least close to half. Hollywood would definitely be worth it if that is it's trajectory.

I will definitely DM you. Thank you!
