Thank you!! |

Is there any reason for the new thread? I don't mean to ask that to challenge you, but in case anything changed. My number one answer that would meet ALL of your criteria remains Port Royale. Where in Ft. Lauderdale will you be working? Ft. Lauderdale spreads over a large area. If you are working downtown, than you probably want to check out one of the many high rises. If you are working in the Commercial/Cypress Creek area, than Port Royale unquestionably.

I made a new thread because we decided to live in Ft. Lauderdale and not in between. We need to narrow down our options.
He will be working on E. Las Olas Blvd. No high-rises - I have a puppy and I would like a community setting. |

Las Olas...no high rise...it's going to be tough...
How about a highrise (not too big) right by Las Olas that accepts small dogs, has a nice courtyard and is right in the middle of the action? Camden Las Olas I believe accepts pets and is very nice. If you want a minimal commute I really suggest living in that area because he could walk to work...otherwise, all of the gated low rise complexes (besides Port Royale) that are livable are going to be out west...I know you said no high rises but if you want a 10 minute or less commute, that would honestly be your best option. Port Royale would be in the 15-20 minute range and coming from out west (Plantation) could potentially be in the 20-30 minute range. Also, are you looking for a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom? And does it HAVE to be a gated complex? I'm trying to think of places that meet all of your criteria rather than most. |

2 Bedroom because I have lots of clothes
![]() I just wanted a place that had a pool, gym etc. Does that complex within walking distance have one? Thank you so much. You will make my weekend easier when I come down to look. |

Very nice pool, very nice gym. But like I said, it's a high rise although from what I know they do take pets. I'm not sure about prices though :/.

Hi there. I live and work in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Check out The Falls at Marina Bay. - they have a website. Its about 5 miles from Las Olas - maybe a little less.. Ive been here four years and I love it. Great pool, Gym, Sauna, coffee bar, gated community. They have a high rises and townhouse style apartments. I have two dogs. You may contact me directly if you would like any additional information and good luck.
