Default Lenders Slash Prices on Foreclosed Homes
The house we're about to make a cash offer on already has 5 offers (no others cash). The realtor is now only showing it to only her own clients and has taken it off realtor.com... this article confirms what I'm seeing...(btw, it's a house that went for $600K a year ago asking $399k in a gated community in Plant Acres)
