Tiltle transfer previous owner never transferred
Hi, I bought a car about 8 months ago from a friend.He never transferred title to his name.The title is signed over to him,He paid taxes when he paid off the car,lein is released.Is there a easy way to do a double transfer? The name on the title needs to go from the credit campany to him, then to me. Thanks for your help!
