No, but as a advice, be VERY careful about renting someones home right now. Friend of mine is a Realtor and he told me, it is not uncommon for people to take rent these days and not pay their mortgages with it. Then you end up out on the streets when they end up defaulting on their mortgage.

Yes and it's not rare....and they have other cute tricks. Like renting out a duplex that is already rented. That happened to me on Hollywood Beach, $2400.00. I'll never see it, the owner has been in court 140 times on the Broward dockets alone. That was my one and only Craigs List experience. I'm still going to court because he broke every part of the statue but still...PITA and the lien wont be paid he's got several others ahead of me.

My son's last rental in Tamarac/North Lauderdale border had every single appliance out of service and then the foreclosure notice came in month 9. The one the year before on the Oakland Park border developed mold on the ceilings in month 3. So far so good in downtown WPB but he's only in month 5 ha ha.
