there is no Sunrise Gardens off of 64 Avenue. Ashley Gardens is at 2650 NW 64 Ave, not sure if thats what you meant?

^^^no, its SUNRISE GARDENS, take oakland going towards university.. make a LEFT on 64th go about 40-50 yards str8 its on ya left hand side, SUNRISE gardens...
