Default Winston Park and Banyan Trails (Coconut Creek)

Prices are now in the upper 200's for 4 bedroom homes. Finally!
If they drop more (we have a year to make our final move decision),
we may decide to stay here (due to my husbands established career).

Yeah, but where do the kids go to school? I think you can still do better for the same/less money if you remain patient. Watch prices in Davie, especially that neighborhood I named (Shenandoah). You brought up lack of trees and green and cookie cutter, and I think that neighborhood could be a price effective anecdote, assuming it's a good commute to work.

Smile Winston park area

One of my co-workers lives in Winston Park. Her kids went to Winston Park Elementary which she said was great and Marjery Stoneman Douglas High in Parkland for high school, also top rated. I'll ask her about the middle school.

Her kids are in college now but says she loves where she lives.

I still want everything I was recently looking for. We will know within the year where we will end up.
It's either here or there. Not many options.

Stoneman Douglas? I didn't know it went that far east! The elementary schools are fine almost anywhere. Well, as far as public schools go nowadays...

It doesn't. If you are in Winston Park, your kids go to Monarch High which covers 441 to Powerline Road east to west.
