Default Can someone reccomend inexpensive vehicle for boat towing

I was wondering if someone could suggest some inexpensive used vehicles capable of towing ski boat that would get the best miles per gallon.

Any help would be great.

I'm now towing my boat quite a distance and I don't want to go broke just I can use my boat every 3 months in Florida!

Believe it or not, Hyundai Elantra used to have about 3k pound towing capacity with trailer brakes. Not sure about the new ones.

Sounds very strange, but I honestly think it's a great bet. Gas mileage isn't bad at all, you could get an 05-06 for around 10k and still have warranty, relatively comfortable/roomy inside. Not a bad car.
