Default Bookstores?
I was trying to find a list of independent bookstores in the Broward area and have come up w/ zero. The closest thing seems to be in Miami, Books & Books. So I'd like to know if I am missing out on some secret that's only know to a few special people?, If so, please let me in and I promise not to tell I love going to Borders and Barnes & Noble, but it's just the same old thing and I am looking for something that's a little less corporate.

I haven't been there since I moved from Florida but my favorite was always:

He was located in the Times Square Plaza at Oakland and Federal (SE corner). He had a tremendous selection of used books and I shopped there for at least twenty years.

While on vaca last year, we found one that was a cute little used bookstore.

We vacationed at Lago Mar (the southern tip of the FLL beaches near the cruise ships) and we went over the bridge (away from the resort). It was on the left in a little strip mall across the street from the Starbucks and near the grocery store. We saw the sign from the road so it might be easy to find and it was next door to a Marine shop.

Sorry I have no street names, but if you know the area you probably know the general area.
