Eh, they all make you pay somewhere. I just think Texas has the balance right between operating as a resident friendly and business friendly state. I would like to see Florida achieve the same. It usually drifted towards resident friendly but now thats biting Florida in the ass for the residents too!

Honestly though, in reguards to Texas...

The property taxes are very high, but look what you can get for your money...

6435 Smoke House, Katy, TX 77449

Honestly, The property taxes on this house are $4,327/year.

The house is only $150k... How much would that house cost in WPB or Fort Lauderdale?
