Eh, they all make you pay somewhere. I just think Texas has the balance right between operating as a resident friendly and business friendly state. I would like to see Florida achieve the same. It usually drifted towards resident friendly but now thats biting Florida in the ass for the residents too! |

Honestly though, in reguards to Texas...
The property taxes are very high, but look what you can get for your money...

Honestly, The property taxes on this house are $4,327/year.
The house is only $150k... How much would that house cost in WPB or Fort Lauderdale?
