Default Lauderhill

Is the city of Lauderhill a good place to be looking into housing? WHat are the goods and bads? Also It seems that you can FINALLY get some decent diggs in Lauderdale area for under 200K!! Where are other good areas to look into close to Fort Lauderdale or even in Palm Bch?? Thanks

Lauderhill they have some nice houses in predominately African American areas Noth of Commercial and West of 441. Not a bad thing, but just know about 80% African American. My aunt used to live there.

best part of lauderhill is going to be in the Inverary area north of oakland park on inverary blvd. Its a big area you should find a home somewhere in there for your price range.

Lauderhill is OK if you are WEST of the turnpike and NORTH of Oakland Park. And yes if it really matters, that area is overwhelmingly black but that area I am talking about is a solid area, mostly middle class, so I wouldn't worry. However, I would avoid the rest of Lauderhill.

Stay away from Kimberly Blvd and it's fine. Not fancy at all but fine.
