Does anyone do this every day? I'd be driving to Ft Lauderdale at 9:30/9:45am; not returning home to Miami until after 8pm.

Thanks.

It's a long ride on 95, but not too bad as you'd be traveling against traffic and at off-hours. It's doable imo.

It's either that, or I'm just living in Fort Lauderdale. Do you have any idea how long the commute would be? I've heard - at those hours, from those specific places - probably 30 minutes.

I think 30 mins sounds about right, but I'd probably give it 40 in the morning just in case there's a slowdown.

I would give myself an hour... there's always 'downed' cars and accidents that back things up every day on 95... They are just starting to implement the tolls on 95 as well, so expect even worse traffic than before.
