I had Diversified Home Inspections; Fort Lauderdale office 954-252-9980
He shows up with a pest guy and a roof guy; the three of them did a great job. Being from NoVa, we are use to going around with the home inspector. My realtor said that isn't the case here, but he didn't mind.
The POC's name is rick. He was very helpful too.
