Default Where are the great diverse (hispanic) neighborhoods?

We are Hispanic and looking to relocate from NY to Southern Florida with two small children. My husband and I make around $150k per year and are looking to find a good neighborhood, with good schools, and diversity. We would like to live around other educated Hispanics like ourselves. We want a good mix of latino culture and higher income levels.

I would appreciate the feedback!

Weston or Coral Gables/S Miami/Pinecrest for SFHs. (Maybe Hollywood too?)

Doral too, but at that income level, you should be able to avoid my least favorite "option."

Brickell, Key Biscayne or Aventura for more condo or town-home living.

Good luck!

Are there family neighborhoods in southern Florida with many middle class Hispanics? Or should I be looking elsewhere?

Huh? You do know SoFla is VERY Hispanic, right? Isn't that why originally asked the question?
Hispanics here tend to be at ALL income levels and all colors, stripes and POVs and in ALL neighborhoods. The neighborhoods with the most Hispanic/Spanish feel tend to be more working class, but they are EVERYWHERE.

Hispanics are everywhere here, regardless of the income, so anywhere you chose you will have other Hispanics. But with that said, I don't think I've seen an "all" hispanic area for middle class, its pretty diverse.

I don't live there, but I have heard Weston has more hispanics than the other western suburbs. I don't know if that is true. I live in west miramar and both my neighbors on either side are hispanic. Lovely families.

Finding Hispanic families will be the least of your issues, if that's what you are looking for. Name a place, and you'll find them (they're all over South Florida). You may also like Miami (Kendall/South Miami/Hialeah/Doral areas). You will feel right at home in Dade County. Hope this helps.

Same for Broward County, a better question would be where aren't the Hispanic areas.

Don't mistake that for "diversity", but you probably don't want to look any further than Weston.
