I'm a 23 year old single straight guy that is going to be moving south in the next year from snowy cold NY lol... I' visit Florida every year at least twice and love it more and more each time....I was looking at Hollywood as one of my choices being that I have friends there and they love it....I also wanted to be close to a bigger city like Miami but not too close...Also I'm a big fan of a good nightlife scene as well as a younger crowd...So I wanted to know what peoples thoughts were and it would be much appreciated. Thanks

I would be sure to find a job first. It's location will liekly be a big factor in your housing location decision.

And steer clear of a duplex rental on Hollywood beach from a scam artist. He got me for 2700.00 and does it over and over again. Around Monroe and the Beach.

From what I've gone thru its not easy to find a place that will allow 2 dogs but I do know of 2 places that does allow them and is a nice place to live.

They are in deerfield beach which is mins away from Fort Lauderdale.

This place you can also tell them you have 1 dog and pay for just the one and just bring the other in.Its so big and they have so many apts they cant keep up with how many dogs are suppose to be in each apt. I know people there that have 3 dogs and 2 cats. This place also allows big dogs Thats also another problem you will have. It depends on how big your dogs are. Its even harder to find a place that takes big dogs but this place does

Its called Tivoli Park Apts....603 Siesta Key Cir

I have been to the hardrock, every time I go to visit. I really like it, but I'm not sure of their need for new people. Definitely call it sounds fun.

Florida seems to be full of beautiful female eye candy - don't know if it's the sun or the beaches or the diversity, but the women there from up north in St. Augustine all the way down to Miami are fantastic looking!
