Default Broward home prices?
Does anyone know where to find recent home sale prices? The broward county website has them but there listed by year and they don't have any for 2009. As I'm shopping for a home I have made offers on 4 properties now and I would love to know what they actually sold for. I really appreciate everyones advice.

Try doing an address search on bcpa.net. It can take them awhile to update, although they have been getting quicker about it.

I bought my home and 1 month later it was showing me on the property appraiser site. Lori Parrish is doing an excellent job !
