Ruski,

I agree about the drivers on the Palmetto. But honestly, they're equally as bad on I-95 in Miami and on the Dolphin Expressway. If I had a penny for each time some idiot almost changed lanes into me on I-95 in Miami, I'd be a rich man. In fact, I think the fact that it happened so many times yet never resulted in an actual collision is a miracle that defies the odds of probability.
