Try Silver Lakes in Pembroke Pines (zip code 33029). Some very nice houses in your price range. Just stay west of 75 and you'll be in the best part of PP.

Again I mention Hibbs Grove in Cooper City. Zip code 33330

Homes were built in 2003 - 2004. You can find 5/4; 4/3 one and two story homes with 3 car garages.

Country Glen in Cooper City might also fit what the OP is looking for. It's actually not too far away from Hibbs Grove.

I grew up in Cooper City and remember when Hibbs Grove was actually an orange grove!

What about Embassy Lakes and Rock Creek? I am not a CC expert, but those neighborhoods seem nice and should be in that price range.
