First off wise decision to not move to Miami-Dade county, you are saving yourself, trust me. I am not sure of the name of the community as I don't live in Ft. Lauderdale. But friends of mine used to live east of Las Olas, it is a really cute and nice area. I am not sure about the schools or costs, probably expensive, but what isn't anymore...but at least you would be closer to the beach than living out in Weston.

Ft Lauderdale can be a bit snobby and unbearable at times, but it reminds me of the Miami I grew up in....when I used to watch my father at the gun range on Bird Rd..I know that sounds F---ed up.

I prefer Hollywood, lots of different cultures..but the rednecks and yankees are still there.

Wish to hell Miami was more like that....I LOVE, LOVE the circle and Trader John's. People are more quicker to respond up there, and will call you out faster (which I love..I love to learn) than in Miami.

I am very disillusioned by Kendall..it's part of the reason why.
