Default Rental with boat slip and garage

Hello all. My wife and I will hopefully be moving down to S. FL in July-August. We are looking to rent in Ft. Lauderdale or near by. I have some picky criteria, though. We have a dog and a cat. We would like something on the ground floor 2br, 2bath preferably. I need a single stall garage for a motorcycle and I would like to have a boat slip with Intercoastal access. So far the only thing I have found to meet the criteria is New River Cove in Davie. I am actually fairly happy with what I have seen of it, but I thought I would check and see if anybody had any other suggestions. Thanks in advance!!

I came across this place when I first started looking at apts.: Port Royale Apartments in Fort Lauderdale FL - Apartments for rent - Equity Apartments
It says garage and it has a picture of the dock with boats but I'd call and ask about it. They allow pets (w/ breed restrictions) and have 2BR/2BA at reasonable price. There was another place in FTL on or near 15th st., condos, near A1A. Sorry I can't remember the name. I probably found it on realtor.com or homekeys.com. Good luck.

Default We have a house that might work for you

Hi there. We actually happen to have a 2/2 house for rent right off the intracoastal in Ft Lauderdale with ocean access and no fixed bridges. There's a big fenced in yard that's perfect for cats and dogs And the house is all tile which is nice for pets too. About the motorcycle - this part is a little tricky. So many of the homes down here have carports which is tough for bikes My boyfriend had one and it was impossible to find a nice place with a garage too. Our house has a carport, but the utility room opens onto the carport and there is room for a motorcycle in the utility room. It would be a little bit awkward to bring it in after every use, but it's such a neat house that it might be worth it for you. We have a beautiful view straight down the canal with lots of sailboats and tropical plants and trees.

Here's a link to our ad on Craig's List: https://accounts.craigslist.org/post...25730741&db=lv

We have it listed as a vacation rental, but would be open to a longer term lease too. If you like it, shoot me an email with your time frame and I can tell you how much we could rent it for. Good luck to you either way..
