FLover is on a distinguished road
Default Would you choose DEERFIELD BEACH or MIAMI SHORES?

Here's what I'm looking for

- A nice, clean beach
- A mostly safe area
- Lots of palm trees
- Restaurants and Shopping areas
- Somewhat affordable (houses that are 200,000 - 475,000)
- Lots of activities and events going on

I'm an Italian-American from New Jersey who is still in college. When I graduate I would like to relocate to FL and I'm looking at Deerfield Beach and Miami Shores, which one would fit better?

Although I can't speak about housing prices, Miami Shores is really nice and conveniently located in between Aventura and Downtown Miami. From Miami Shores you have North Beach, Midtown, Upper East Side and the Design District all minutes from Miami Shores. It's a quiet, safe, family-oriented area, and it's close to lots of popular neighborhoods.
