Default village at lake pine 2, davie, fl - my advice to all

the village at lake pine 2 looks like a nice place to live from the outside. i've been there since the beginning in 1985. the real problems with it are with the association itself. financially speaking the association is totally mismanaged and has been from the start. if you buy here you will eventually have to pay for all the years of poor financial planning. and with all the forclosures that day is coming sooner than later. the crux of the problems are with the board officers. the vice president is a true vicious bully who will harrass anyone and everyone who she decides she doesnt like. the president follows her every command. it is unfortunate that everyone new who tries to get on the board is run off by sharon. so she and the president get to mismanage the place into the ground. and they are. the latest property manager tmg management is also a real peice of work and is only bleeding the association dry. my advice is don't buy at the village at lake pine 2 or you will regret it. it looks nice on the outside but is run by people who lie cheat and steal and are nothing but ugly through and through. stay away.
