Default Coral Springs (West)

I am considering purchasing a home in Coral Springs, and I generally hear that the north side is a better area, but what about the western edge near the Sawgrass (West of Coral Ridge Drive). If anyone has any insight to offer I would appreciate it.

It's definitely a solid, suburban middle-class area. Everything out there is kept up very nicely. I prefer Parkland but you should have no problem with the area you're looking towards.
