Default help from the govt

I have had the horrible experience of reading about people who were being forced out of their rental homes because the home owners went into foreclosure. The tenants are caught in the middle of this mess and in some cases were given as little time as 20 minutes to get out of the place. There was supposedly something like this that happened to a entire apartment complex down here. The people were given 20 minutes to grab what they could and then leave without recourse. They didn't even have the option to come back later to get their stuff. All because the apartment complex owner/company was in foreclosure.

Well there was a federal bill signed that went into affect on the 20th of this month that gives renters 90 days to get their affairs in order and leave. I hope this helps anyone out there that finds themselves in this awful situation

Please spread this info around to anyone you know who is renting, it may help others one day.
