My aunt and my chiropractor live there. It is high class for sure. Big expensive homes. Dan Marino just bought some land out there, built a HUGE home and now it is for sale.

The only thing I dont like about there is that when your daughter goes to highschool if she doesnt have the latest gucci bag she will feel poor.

But that being said I would live there if I could. It is beautiful, nice and safe.

Default Parkland is very nice!

Big lots with big beautiful houses. Try the tea room when you visit or move. Boca is nice and Jupiter and Wellington. All upscale but Parkland is a gem.

I remember when Parkland was just a swamp and I'am not that old.
When the Sawgrass Expressway went thru you new homes would follow.

A long time ago there was a saying "If you believe that, i have some swamp land in Florida i would like to sell you"

Only if we would have taken them up on there offer.
